Family Overview

SAMD10/11 The SAMD10 microcontroller is the smaller member of this family with serial interfaces, timers, analog comparators and a Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC). SAMD11 adds full speed USB device.

SAMD20/21 SAMD20 adds memory and peripherals to the SAMD1x family. SAMD21 adds full-speed host and device USB, DMA and timer counter for control.

SAMD21 L SAMD21 L adds peripherals specialized for motor control.
