Non Volatile Memory (NVM) User Row (UROW)

Description

The Non Volatile Memory (NVM) User Row (UROW) contains device configuration data that are automatically read at device power-on. This row can be updated using the NVMCTRL peripheral. The Device Programming tool (included with the Atmel Studio 7 IDE) offers a graphical user interface, easing the modification of UROW. When writing to the NVM UROW, the new values are not loaded by the other peripherals on the device until a device reset occurs.

The NVM UROW can be read at address 0x00804000. SAM L10 and SAM L11 have different NVM UROW mappings.

Refer to the product data sheet to view the UROW Bitfield Definitions for SAM L10 and SAM L11.
