Step 3: With MHC, Verify System Clock Settings

Open the Clock Configuration pane by navigating to MHC > Tools > Clock Configuration.

Select the Clock Diagram tab, check the USB PLL box, and make sure the USB clock is set to 96 MHz.

Scroll down and verify that SYSCLK is set to 200 MHz.
