Each of the three main hardware debug tools share a common base set of features with increasing functionality as you move up from the PICkit™ 3 In-Circuit Debugger to the MPLAB® ICD 3 In-Circuit Debugger to the MPLAB® REAL ICE™ In-Circuit Emulator.
